Employment at will policy: It is understood and agreed that employment with Deltcorp Industries LLC herein after is on at WILL basis and that NO contract of employment between the employers Deltcorp Industries LLC or employee exists *

Reassignment/Transferring Policy: Changes in sites assignments, schedules, wage rates, job duties and site specific benefits may be required for operational and business reasons, these changes may be voluntary or involuntary, when deemed necessary for due to change in client’s needs or job performance, loss of contract, should such a change be deemed necessary by management, refusing such a change or transfer, will be considered as a voluntary separation or resignation by the employee. WAGES ARE PAID AT SITES SPECIFIC RATES *

Job abandonment/Voluntary separation: No call/no show for scheduled shift, it is considered job abandonment and a resignation by the employee. (The only exception to this rule is medical documentation reporting an immediate medical matter/ accident). *

Resignation and release of final paycheck: All EMPLOYEES are ask to give 2 week notice of resignation to Deltcorp Industries LLC, this allows Deltcorp Industries LLC to find a qualified replacement for your position. If you fail to give the 2 week notice, your final paycheck may be reduced to the local minimum wage rate. If you give the resignation, every effort will be made by Deltcorp Industries LLC to find a suitable replacement, in case you would like to leave earlier than 2 weeks period with no penalties *

Drug free work place: Deltcorp Industries LLC maintains a drug free work place to insure the safety of our employees and clients. All employees are subject to a drug/alcohol test at any time with or without cause. Failure to submit to a drug/alcohol test, will result in an immediate suspension and the employee will have to choose a drug/alcohol testing facility at their own expense and present a copy of the results to Deltcorp Industries LLC management within 48 hours of the test attempted by Deltcorp Industries LLC. If officer fails to provide the drug/alcohol results within the time mentioned above, employee will face termination. *

Dress code and personal appearance: Our clients and their guests judge Deltcorp Industries LLC and Deltcorp Industries LLC officers by our products, services and appearance, therefore all employees must report to work in a clean, pressed and neat uniform, clean shaved (neatly trimmed facial hair is permitted), all tattoos must be covered, all officers must have a clean hair cut at all times, gold teeth are not allowed. Officers not adhering to this policy will be taken off post and possibly face suspension. Continued counseling for dress code violations may face employment termination. Clients and Deltcorp Industries LLC Equipment: Violators of this policy may result in action up to and including termination, using company/client’s phone to make or receive unauthorized calls resulting a charge to Deltcorp Industries LLC/ Client, all charges will be deducted in full from your paycheck. Do not be under the assumption that calls made with clients/ Deltcorp Industries LLC phones are free, this is not the case with business phone lines. Deltcorp Industries LLC/ Clients equipment including computers, radios, tablets, photo cameras etc. are strictly for work usage. If a technical problem arises due to the employees negligence all damages will be deducted from the officer’s paycheck. All Deltcorp Industries LLC/Clients equipment are under constant supervision, you are not to use Deltcorp Industries LLC/Clients equipment to browse the web, watch movies, play games etc. Officers who fail to follow this policy will face disciplinary action and possible termination. *

You further agree that any uniforms and equipment not returned within 5 days of ending employment will be deducted in full from your last compensation *
